Terms of Use
Effective date: August 20, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Total Script Solutions (“Total Script,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing access to totalscriptsolutions.com, the clinic ordering portal, and related software and support (the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
Total Script is a pharmaceutical sourcing and fulfillment-coordination partner. We connect licensed clinics, telehealth companies, and pharmacies with a screened network for named patient weight-loss compounding.
Total Script is not a 503A compounding pharmacy or a 503B outsourcing facility. We do not ourselves compound, dispense, or practice medicine. Compounded medications offered through the Service are prepared by registered U.S. pharmacies. Those medications are not evaluated by the FDA for safety, quality, or efficacy.
The portal is for licensed clinics and their authorized staff. Catalog pricing is clinic-specific and is not an offer to the general public. Every prescription order must name a patient and a prescribing practitioner.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You represent that you are authorized to act for a licensed clinic, pharmacy, or other permitted business, and that information you provide (including NPI and prescriber credentials) is accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is unauthorized, inaccurate, or being used in violation of these Terms.
3. License and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service for your internal business operations. You may not:
- copy, modify, or distribute the Service except as we expressly allow;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited from restriction by law;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including filling or routing a prescription you are not authorized to issue or receive.
4. Orders, pharmacies, and patients
When you submit an order, you instruct us to route it to a licensed partner pharmacy for compounding or fulfillment. The filling pharmacy is responsible for verifying the prescription, compounding or dispensing, and shipping according to applicable law. You are responsible for the clinical and legal propriety of each order you submit, including that a valid patient-prescriber relationship exists.
5. Payment
Discovery calls are complimentary and do not require a subscription. Product and fulfillment charges are billed per transaction or as otherwise agreed for your account. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that method and that the information is accurate.
Card and similar payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant third-party processor. We do not store full payment-card numbers. If a payment is declined, reversed, or charged back, you remain responsible for amounts owed, and we may pause fulfillment until payment is received.
6. Refunds
Prescription products generally cannot be returned for reuse or resale. If you believe an order was filled in error, contact us at juan@totalscriptsolutions.com or 305-331-5120 with the order number. We will coordinate with the filling pharmacy. Any refund or replacement is subject to that pharmacy’s policies and applicable law.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Product images on the Site are for illustration. Actual medication, packaging, and appearance may differ.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Total Script and its officers, employees, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify Total Script against claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the Service, your orders, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
10. Privacy
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
11. Intellectual property
The Site, software, marks, and content are owned by Total Script or its licensors. You receive no license to our trademarks or other intellectual property except as needed to use the Service under these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and this section) will survive.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms or the Service, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Service after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

- Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
